27th July 2006 - Naked War Launched!
Naked War is launched! The Naked War Media Site (www.naked-war.com) is open to the public, and version 1.0 of the game is available for download.
25th July 2006 - Naked War Website split into two
All static content - screenshots, instructions, etc., split off into the Naked War Media Site (www.naked-war.com), and all dynamic player information - stats, rankings, community games., remains on the Zee-3 website ast the Naked War Player's Site (www.zee-3.com/nakedwar).
26th May 2006 - Website open / Beta released
The Naked War website is open to beta-players, to coincide with the start of the Naked War Beta Programme. The first Beta version of the game is released.
24th January 2006 - Website update
A big update to the Officer's Mess section of the website, adding Monthly Player Rankings in 6 categories, in addition to the existing All Time Player Rankings (now expanded to include 8 categories). The monthly charts will be reset each month, and the players at the top will be awarded prize subscriptions.
I've also added a website 'take over' - when one team colour wins a signifincantly higher proportion of their games that another, than that team 'takes over' the website. The team wins will also be reset each month, and all active members of the winning team will be awarded a small mini-subscription as well.
The website is a little bit ahead of the game client, so even though all these features have been implemented, the game client is not yet sending the right data, so team colour and wins etc are not registering. These features of the website will spring into life in a few weeks when the client is updated.
